Located in the heart of Sacramento, the Sacramento Subacute is the premier free-standing building in the region licensed by the state of California to provide subacute services with a specialization in ventilators and tracheotomy care.

In addition to subacute services, we offer a welcoming atmosphere for those in need of 24-hour nursing care and our in-house rehabilitation staff provides a full spectrum of individualized care designed to meet the needs of each resident.

A team of specialists including speech, physical and occupational therapists work in conjunction to provide a personalized plan for each person to be able to function at their best possible level. Taking the time to establish a personal rapport with each resident and integrating the physical aspect as well as the mind and soul helps to achieve optimal results.
