Offering a welcoming atmosphere for those in need of 24-hour nursing care, Wolf Creek’s professional team of doctors, nurses and aides specialize in rehabilitative care to help get you home as fast as possible.  Its close location, just steps from Sierra Nevada Memorial, allows for exceptional access to Grass Valley’s premier acute hospital and all its medical staff and services as well.

Our in-house rehabilitation staff provides a full spectrum of individualized care designed to meet the needs of each Wolf Creek resident. A team of specialists including speech, physical and occupational therapists work in conjunction to provide a personalized plan for each person to be able to function at their best possible level. Taking the time to establish a personal rapport with each resident and integrating the physical aspect as well as the mind and soul helps to achieve optimal results.
